Welcome to Mat Media Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital marketing services, including ad management, lead generation, and CRM setup (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided We provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to: Paid ad management (Facebook, Instagram, Google), lead generation, and CRM (GoHighLevel) setup/automation.
2. Fees and Payments
Monthly Fees: Due in full upon the start of service.
Billing Cycle: Subsequent fees are due on the same calendar day of each month.
Late Fees: Fees unpaid after 10 days bear interest at 1.5% per month.
Rebilling: Client is responsible for SMS and Email usage credits within the HighLevel platform.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Notice: We require a 30-day written cancellation notice after the initial 3-month agreement. Email [email protected] for the Cancellation Form.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if we fail to launch your campaign within 10 business days of receiving all required assets.
4. Limitation of Liability Mat Media Marketing is a sole proprietorship. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the last 30 days.

1. Information We Collect We collect your name, email, and phone number via webforms. We also use Google and Meta Pixels to track site usage and ad performance.
2. SMS & Communication By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt-out by replying "STOP".
3. Data Sharing We share info only with essential tools: Stripe (Payments), GoHighLevel (CRM), and Meta/Google (Tracking). We do not sell your data.
